Feng Tay Group extended roots in India in 2006 by signing the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with Government of Tamil Nada for the production of pioneer sport shoes brands in India.
Feng Tay’s foremost intention was to establish prosperity and growth in the lives of thousands of families in the underdeveloped district of Tamil Nadu. The chosen destination was at Manal Village, Thirvannamalai District. To foster this dream, Feng Tay India, under the name of Chayyer Developers Pvt Ltd. has founded six manufacturing factories in the name of Lotus Footwear Enterprises (LU) Unit 1 & 2 and East Wind Footwear Company (EW) Unit 1 &2 and Fairway Enterprises (FA) Unit 1 & 2 to manufacture the world renowned sport shoes and much in keeping with the concept of “Make in India”.
