Learning and Training

We create a specific training plan for each employee, from new hires to managers, based on the employee’s job-related needs and career development goals. The training plan includes one or several of the following measures: on-the-job training, mentoring, job counseling, e-Learning and job rotation. To improve the capabilities of our employees and thereby strengthen our competitiveness, we strive to provide better development opportunities by regularly inviting external lecturers and encouraging employees to attend learning field trips and external training courses.
