| Company Increases Holding of Growth-Link Overseas Co., Ltd. 7% Stake |

The Company's Board of Directors resolved purchasing Growth-Link Overseas Co., Ltd. seven percent stake with USD 18,333,000 on March 15, 2010. Along with the recent seven percent stake purchase, the Company currently holds 93.05 percent stake of Growth-Link Overseas Co., Ltd., as of May 28, 2010.
Growth-Link Overseas Co., Ltd., an important subsidiary of the Company, holds a majority of the Group's overseas investment business. After-tax net profit totaled USD 32.6 million in 2009 with after-tax net profit totaling USD 6.5 million in the first quarter of 2010. |
