At Feng Tay, we provide open channels for career development. Missions are defined and challenges are given according to each employee's capabilities and performance at each stage. With steady improvement and great opportunities, employees are encouraged to develop their full potentials.

Human Resources Planning (HRP)
 

Cultivation of each employee's professional skills will proceed according to a development plan. One's learning progress and personal targets can be adjusted at any time through discussion at the monthly HRP meeting conducted by department supervisors.

Coaching For Excellence (CFE)

 

Department supervisors provide in-time teaching and suggestions to each employee according to career expectations and performance in order to help employees reach their personal targets and enhance one's contribution to the organization. 

Compensation
Remuneration
 

While pursuing reasonable profit, we provide superior remuneration to our employees. Starting salaries are based on a standard system and individual employees' academic backgrounds and experience. Further appropriate adjustments are made based on performance reviews conducted twice per year.

Performance Review

Individual performance is reviewed twice a year with the result reflected in one's salary. Adjustment, if any, goes into effect that month.

Performance of Team Leaders, Engineers, and Managers and above is evaluated by one's supervisor and a public review meeting held every half year.

Reward System
 

 A variety of rewards are offered as incentives to encourage all employees for continuous improvement and innovation. A year-end bonus based on annual profit is also included in the system.
