To improve the working environment and to reduce occupational accidents, Feng Tay Group adheres to international standards of occupational health and safety as well as environmental management.

All of our factories have established and maintain an ESH (Environment, Safety and Health) committee. Our Group also works closely with material vendors and customers in maintaining and complying with a restricted substances list (RSL) in order to eliminate any risk of harming the health of users of our products. 

All new employees are given general safety and health training before beginning their jobs and must also receive specific safety and health training prior to using particular types of machines or equipment or performing certain tasks. Health clinics are located on-site at our workplaces, and our Group has established an injury and illness response procedure. Furthermore, equipment and machinery are designed and arranged ergonomically in order to prevent potentially harmful bending or twisting of the body.
