| As such, each employee's hiring, salary, benefits, promotion, demotion, discharge and retirement are based solely on the individual's qualifications and performance. Concerns, complaints or personal opinions are welcome to be submitted to the management team and are responded to in due time. Furthermore, persons under the age of 18 or without the legal right to work are not to be hired by any company in our Group. We also respect our female employees' working rights during pregnancy and maternity and provide them with extra protection as appropriate. |
